Three Kia Models Receive Vehicle Satisfaction Awards
Last month, three Kia models were named segment winners in AutoPacific’s 2017 Vehicle Satisfaction Awards (VSA). The awards recognize the vehicles that best meet owners expectations and needs, based on 54,000 survey responses.
The Kia Optima was named best in the Midsize Car category for the second straight year, offering owners a scintillating blend of design, comfort, technology, and performance. With an industry-leading 10-year/100,000-mile limited powertrain warranty and five-year/60,000-mile limited basic warranty, it’s clear why Kia Optima owners are so happy with their vehicles.
The Kia Cadenza led the Large Car category, as the revamped vehicle offers such luxurious amenities as standard heated front seats, leather seating surfaces and a 7-inch color display that is compatible with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The Kia Sorento was named top Compact Crossover SUV, thanks no doubt to the fourth-generation vehicles more spacious cabin and improved handling.
In a press release, Orth Hedrick, Vice President of Product Planning, Kia Motors America, stated, “Kia is a leader in design, quality, technology and value, and the AutoPacific Vehicle Satisfaction Awards are another validation of our world-class products and their ability to meet and exceed customer expectations. As a two-time winner, Kia Optima illustrates that if you buy a Kia, you are going to love it. With the Kia Cadenza and the Kia Sportage also winning their categories, Kia is delivering what buyers are looking for in any size of vehicle.”
