When I walked in, I was immediately greeted. The staff took the time to find out what I needed to be serviced on my vehicle as well as they took my car right away. I own a 2015 Kia soul and recently after backing up I got a message on the screen saying radio error. Even when I turned off the car completely the message was there and would eventually have run down the battery or burned the screen out. Called Pat Peck Kia and worked with Chris. They were immediately responsive. Still no known reason for the issue but I drove right over to there from the airport to see if it was a quick resolve. They unplugged it and did a hard boot of the radio system and I was back up and running. Of course I lost any radio settings I had but small price to pay for not burning out the screen or the battery. Thanks Pat Peck Kia!!
