Savannah explained how my maintenance needed would not take very long. She’s never steered us wrong, so I agreed. It was also explained to me how our 2016 Soul clock disappeared. She carefully explained it and the procedure to reset the system. Since I have an electronic degree I was comfortable doing it myself. She ensured me if I brought the car in, they would be happy to fix it. No need to. The fix worked perfectly. Dennis & Ann Manson
